Our Policies
Payment methods and procedures
For booking less than a month, A 40% deposit is required to make a confirmed booking.
For bookings in excess of four weeks, the deposit required will be equivalent to two week's rent. The balance is due and payable no later than the date of arrival.
Cheque Payments
Made payable to 'Kazuri Realty ltd' and drawn in US Dollars or its equivalent in Ghana Cedis.
Credit / Debit Cards:
We currently do not accept credit card payments
Bank Transfer:
If payment is arranged via a Bank transfer, the customer will be responsible for any additional bank fees incurred. Please request our bank details though our reservations team.
Security Deposit
There is a US$200 security deposit covering all our properties and is refunded at the end of your stay.
This is to cover protection for unforseen damage to the property and /or its contents
Booking Confirmation
The booking cannot be guaranteed until a deposit or advanced payment has been received.
Payment on Arrival
Please note that a full payment is required on the day of arrival covering the duration of stay.
Check in / Check out
In most cases, check in is after 2.30 pm and check out is before 12.30 pm.
Personal Data
Kazuri Realty does not disclose personal data to third parties other than as permitted. Kazuri Realty operates a data protection policy.
Cancellation and amendments
To cancel a reservation you must either send us an email or you can give us a call 1 month prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be made 1 month prior to arrival date and 80% of the payment made (deposit) will be refunded
For late cancellation or non-arrival a charge equivalent to the deposit made will apply. A partial refund may be made if the apartment is re-let for those dates.
Extra guest staying over
Our properties have a maximum number of guests defined in all cases. If you have extra guest staying over, we demand to know at all times in advance.
Energy Conservation
Please assist us with ensuring that Airconditioners, Water heaters and irons are put off properly when not in use.
Smoking
For your health and safety and for the comfort of other guests, this is only permitted on the open terraces and gardens.
Pets
We currently do not have any pet friendly apartments yet.
Cleaning Services
Each of our properties offers you a live-in host who resides on the premises and provides your basic needs such as cleaning services, assistance with ironing, car washing and etc...
